Our firm was founded over thirteen years ago in October of 1994, here in Little Rock, Arkansas. Since that time, we have come to be known as an aggressive but compassionate firm. We pride ourselves in letting our clients know that they and their case are important to us, and that we understand and sympathize with their situation. You will find us to be personable, non-threatening, and easy to talk to. However, we still maintain the highest standards of professionalism and provide aggressive, quality representation.
Technology is an important part of our practice. We have all of the latest software and technology to make our practice both organized and efficient. Even our paper filing system is one designed specifically for lawyers. We use Abacus software for case management, and utilize the latest billing software to insure that our billing statements are accurate.
You will find that we are some of the most ethical lawyers in the Little Rock area. We are "B/V" rated through Martindale-Hubbell, which means both that we have an "exemplary reputation and well-established practice," and that our ethical standards are very high.
