Reports say ugly child custody battle ahead for Jeremy Renner

Residents of Pulaski County, Arkansas, will probably agree that a divorce between parents affects their children the most. If the spouses fail to resolve their differences concerning various divorce-related issues, such as child custody, child support, property division and alimony, it could turn bitter and hamper the emotional, mental and physical growth of their children.

It also can get worse for all the parties involved, including the children, if the divorce-seeking couple happens to be celebrities. Their divorce and possible battles over child custody or property division could attract media headlines for months, making their lives more difficult.

Actor Jeremy Renner has filed for divorce from his wife of 10 months, Sonni Pacheco, citing irreconcilable differences. Media reports have speculated that there could be a bitter and ugly divorce battle ahead between the couple over the custody of their child, as well as other issues. Renner plays Hawkeye in the 2015 Marvel blockbuster-Avengers 2: Age of Ultron.

According to reports, Pacheco wants to be granted the physical custody of their 20-month-old daughter, but Renner intends to fight for full custody, as well. Reports said that Renner's main priority is his baby; he loves his daughter very much and he does not want to lose custody of his child. He is afraid that his ex-wife could take his daughter to Canada and he does not want his daughter going back and forth to Canada.

A divorce can impact both spouses emotionally and financially and since divorce cases and divorce-related issues involve a lot of legalities, one may wish to seek the services of an attorney in order to protect his or her interests.
